Evo3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the evo3 platform. By registering or using any evo3 services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and evo3 ("Platform", "we"). The Terms govern all aspects of using the website, mobile apps, and all services provided by evo3.
By accessing or using any part of the evo3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies referenced herein, including Privacy Policy us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the evo3 platform.
Evo3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The evo3 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that you meet Malaysia’s legal minimum age requirement. evo3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Creation, User Responsibilities & Security
To use evo3’s full services, you must register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full name, phone number, and other requested details. Providing false information may lead to suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all related accounts along with their balances.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential. evo3 is not liable for any losses from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to evo3 support immediately.
- You may not transfer, sell, or rent your evo3 account to any other party.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorized methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempts to hack, cheat, or manipulate the evo3 system will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your device is secure and free from malware.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the evo3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). evo3 offers various popular payment methods in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers.
The minimum permitted deposit is set on the platform and may change periodically without prior notice. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise stated by the evo3 team.
All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. evo3 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. For any transaction disputes, you must contact evo3 support within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Evo3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
- Any attempts at money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the authorities.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Evo3 Liability Limits
Evo3 does not guarantee the platform will operate without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, evo3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions or third-party actions beyond evo3’s control.
Users access the evo3 platform at their own risk. Betting and casino games carry real financial risks, and evo3 encourages all users to play responsibly and within their means.
Account Suspension and Closure
Evo3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to Term violations, any remaining balance may be frozen or forfeited depending on investigation outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the evo3 platform are the exclusive property of evo3 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from evo3. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The evo3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. evo3 does not control their content and is not responsible for any third party’s privacy policies, accuracy, or security. Accessing these links is at the user’s own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Evo3 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the platform. evo3 will endeavor to notify users of significant changes via platform notices or email, but it is your responsibility to review the latest Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Malaysian law. Any claims or disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal processes under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, unless evo3 agrees in writing to use alternative dispute resolution methods.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
